Our Story – DAMI3C
Founded in 2019, DAMI3C began its journey in Taiwan with a simple but powerful mission: to provide trustworthy and affordable electronics to people working far from home.
Many of our first customers were overseas workers in Taiwan who often faced unfair treatment when shopping online—paying for products that never arrived or receiving items that didn’t match their orders. We understood how hard it is to earn money abroad and how painful it is to be deceived.
That’s why integrity became the heart of DAMI3C. From day one, we insisted on full transparency:

Shipping & Returns
Processing time is usually 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Yes. After we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (processing time may vary by bank/provider).

Orders
Choose your product → add to cart → checkout → enter shipping details → complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after the payment is successful.
If your order has not been shipped, we can help you update or cancel it. Please contact Athsia support ASAP with your order number.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Contact us immediately with the correct address. If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address, but we’ll try our best to help you contact the carrier.

Dami3c products are sold as brand-new unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page. Each item is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Yes. Most products come with a 【12-month warranty】 covering manufacturing defects (not including accidental damage or misuse). If you have an issue, please contact us with your order number and proof.
